Carrie Reed
Licensed Aesthetician
Carrie has been a licensed aesthetician for twenty years. Studying aesthetics and cosmetology in Virginia, Boston and New Hampshire. She owned and operated a successful skin care business for over six years in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, where she is from. Her career has taken her around the country, from the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee to the Sonoran desert in Scottsdale, and to the island of Nantucket. Recently landing here, on the eastern shore. With an extensive background in the spa & wellness industry, Carrie brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients, accompanied by a sense of peace and relaxation emerging from her Reiki background. Recently adding clinical aesthetics to her tool box, with advanced training in medical skincare & lasers, She will not only help bring about change to your skin, but she will also coach you to better skin health as you work together as a team. She looks forward to meeting you.
Kerry Bergeman, MBA
Practice Manager
Our Practice Manager, Kerry Bergeman, received her MBA from Salisbury University with a BS in business management and a double minor in art and marketing. She comes to us with a strong career in the corporate building industry as well as in the finance industry - opening a multimillion dollar financial firm.
During that time she led strategic business development, strengthened lasting client relationships, created change and program management, and guided the success of a high performing team. We are proud to bring this experience to 'iam' and our clients!
When Kerry isn’t enjoying life at 'iam', you can find her at the beach with her husband, rescue pup and four daughters!
Shannon Foley, MSN, AGNP-C
Medical Director, Master Aesthetic Injector, Owner
Shannon brings more than 20 years of experience in the art and science of cosmetic injectables and aesthetic laser procedures to iam. She began her aesthetic training with Esthetic Skin Institute in Costa Mesa, California and is considered one of the country's leading aesthetic injectors. Shannon has more than 15 years of experience as an Aesthetic clinical educator working with the industry leading aesthetic and injectable companies. Shannon shares her expertise enthusiastically through training and lectures as well as mentoring aesthetic providers. Her true passion is working with her patients and colleagues to build trusting relationships that are goal-oriented and results driven. In her personal life she enjoys fitness, fashion, food, spending time with family and friends, and working with animal rescue and other philanthropic organizations.
Shannon earned her Master of Science in nursing from Spring Arbor University and her certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Bachelor of Science from both Towson University and Salisbury University in psychology and nursing respectively.

With a deep passion for helping people feel better and lead happier lives, Nina loves coming into work every day, knowing she will be making a positive difference and ensuring everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived. Nina is a local to the shore and has been assisting clients for over thirty years in the beauty industry, real estate and sales. Her goal is to live a “happier healthy life” inside and out and to share her knowledge with others. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and husband. She finds great joy in her church, yoga, friends and family. Nina believes life is a journey that we should enjoy ever step of the way and we should embrace growing old gracefully.
