With over 21 years of experience in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic laser procedures, Shannon is a highly respected leader in the field of aesthetic medicine. She began her career at the Esthetic Skin Institute in Costa Mesa, California, and is now recognized as one of the country’s leading aesthetic injectors. Shannon has also spent over 15 years as an aesthetic clinical educator, collaborating with top industry injectable and aesthetic companies to train and mentor fellow providers.

Shannon is deeply passionate about working with both patients and colleagues to build trusting, goal-oriented, and results-driven relationships. She shares her expertise through training, lectures, and mentoring, empowering others to excel in the field of aesthetics.

Outside of her professional life, Shannon enjoys fitness, fashion, food, and spending time with family and friends. She is also committed to giving back through her work with animal rescue organizations and other philanthropic causes.

Shannon earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University and is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University.

Her dedication to advancing her knowledge and skills in the field is evident through her numerous certifications, including advanced certifications in aesthetic injectables, PDO threads, laser modalities, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and hormone replacement therapy. Shannon is also a Certified EvexiPel BHRT Pellet Provider.

With a strong foundation in tax accounting and a passion for self-care, Noble Mariner brings over six years of financial expertise to her role as Director of Finance & Compliance at the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Noble is currently pursuing her CPA to further deepen her expertise in financial management and regulatory standards.

At IAM, Noble ensures seamless financial operations and strict compliance protocols, supporting the clinic’s mission to deliver elevated, results-driven aesthetic care. Her meticulous attention to detail and strategic mindset make her an integral part of the leadership team.

Beyond the numbers, Noble is a devoted advocate for wellness and beauty. She believes in the power of aesthetics to inspire confidence and is proud to be part of a team that empowers others through transformative treatments. When she’s not at work, Noble enjoys Pilates, beach days, spending time with friends, and caring for her beloved dog, Penny.

Skyla Canakis, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in nursing and 4 years specializing in aesthetic medicine. She brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to every treatment, blending clinical expertise with an artistic eye and a deep respect for individualized care.

Skyla earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keene State College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Regis College. She is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is passionate about staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic and wellness medicine.

What Skyla loves most about aesthetics is the unique intersection of science, artistry, and trust. She values building genuine relationships with her patients, taking the time to understand their goals, lifestyle, and natural features, and creating customized treatment plans that enhance confidence while maintaining authenticity. Outside of the clinic, Skyla enjoys life with her husband, Andrew, and their two daughters, Sophie and Isabella, who are truly her world. In her downtime, you’ll often find her cooking and dancing in the kitchen with her family, spending summer days at the beach, or staying active with Pilates, outdoor walks, and gym workouts.

With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics and a 20-year military career in the U.S. Air Force as a lab technician and phlebotomist, Kyle brings a unique blend of precision, compassion, and clinical excellence to the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine.

Kyle began her aesthetic journey at the prestigious Eric Fisher Academy in Kansas, earning her aesthetician certification and licensure in 2014. She continued her advanced education at the National Laser Institute in Texas, earning her certification as a Certified Laser Technician in 2015. Her passion for patient care led her to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which she earned from Salisbury University in 2023.

Known for her warm, approachable style, Kyle excels at creating personalized treatment experiences that deliver tangible results. She believes in the power of connection and takes pride in helping patients feel confident, rejuvenated, and empowered.

When she's not in the treatment room, Kyle enjoys staying active through exercise and pickleball, tending to her garden, exploring new places, and spending quality time with her family. She shares her life with her husband Daniel, their three children—Sydney, Harper, and Tilghman—and their two beloved dogs, Jimmy Biggs (a bulldog) and Ray (a pug).

With more than 23 years of experience in aesthetics and healthcare, Taryn Davis Irelan brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, advanced skincare knowledge, and genuine compassion to every patient interaction. Her passion has always been helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin while creating customized treatment plans that inspire confidence and long-term results.

Taryn began her career after graduating from Skin Care School & Center in 2002, later expanding her medical background by becoming a Surgical Technologist in 2006 and earning her nursing degree from Delaware Technical Community College in 2009. Her extensive experience allows her to combine medical knowledge with advanced aesthetic treatments to deliver safe, effective, and personalized care.

At IAM, Taryn specializes in customized skincare treatments, corrective facials, dermaplaning, advanced skin rejuvenation therapies, and comprehensive skincare consultations. She believes that every patient deserves a personalized roadmap to healthier skin and takes pride in educating patients on how to achieve and maintain their best results.

What Taryn loves most about her career is helping patients feel confident when they look in the mirror. She values building lasting relationships and guiding each patient through their skincare journey with honesty, expertise, and encouragement.

When she is not caring for patients, Taryn enjoys spending time with her husband of 17 years, their family, and their beloved rescue pets. During the summer, you'll find her biking at sunrise, boating, and enjoying weekends on the sandbars. In the winter, she loves traveling and exploring new destinations.

Outside of her professional life, Bertie values spending quality time with her friends and family. She is also deeply passionate about animal rescue. Alongside her husband and with her loyal companion Hank, Bertie remains committed to their ongoing efforts to provide forever homes to animals in need.

As a licensed medical aesthetician, Jackie brings a professional, reliable, and certified approach to every treatment. With advanced training in microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, and facials, Jackie is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. She specializes in ZO Skin Health, offering personalized treatments to enhance your skin's health and appearance.

Known for her strong multitasking abilities, excellent customer service, and outgoing personality, Jackie is committed to providing a welcoming and practical experience for all clients. She takes pride in being a reliable team player and always ensuring that every treatment is tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

Jackie graduated from the Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology in May 2021, and since then, she has been passionate about using her expertise to help clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Julie Vincent brings over 10 years of experience in aesthetics, laser treatments, electrology, and advanced skin health to IAM. With a strong foundation in both education and hands-on clinical training, Julie is passionate about helping clients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable throughout every step of their treatment journey.

Julie earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Florida before pursuing her esthetics education at The Delaware Learning Institute of Cosmetology. She went on to complete her electrology education through Maryland Electrolysis Education Center and received laser certification through the National Laser Institute, with continued advanced education through Rohrer.

In addition to her extensive training in clinical aesthetics and laser technology, Julie is also Oncology Esthetics Certified through Oncology Spa Solutions. This specialized education allows her to provide thoughtful, compassionate skin care for clients who may require a more customized or gentle approach.

Julie’s areas of expertise include advanced facials, laser treatments, electrology, skin rejuvenation, and personalized treatment planning. She loves combining results-driven technology with a calming, supportive experience that helps each client feel beautiful in their own skin.

Outside of IAM, Julie loves spending time with her beloved cat, Sofie, who has been with her since she was just 8 weeks old.

Mackenzie brings a passion for beauty and precision to every lash set she creates. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Education and Promotion from Towson University, she has a strong foundation in wellness and aesthetics. Her background in med-spa management gives her a deep understanding of client care, making each appointment seamless and relaxing.

With two years of lashing experience, Mackenzie is known for her meticulous technique and customized approach. She ensures that every client leaves with lashes that enhance their natural beauty. Recently relocating from Sykesville, Maryland, she is excited to bring her elevated lash expertise to our community.

When she’s not perfecting lashes, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Brooks, and her beloved yellow lab, Winnie. She looks forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve your dream lashes!

With her radiant smile and upbeat personality, Belle Moore ensures every visit to the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine feels welcoming, seamless, and memorable. As IAM’s Patient Concierge, she takes pride in making each guest feel seen, cared for, and confident from the moment they arrive.

A natural go-getter, Belle began her medical journey as an EMT, completing her training through the Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute. Her dedication to patient care inspired her to continue advancing her education — she is currently enrolled in nursing school at Wor-Wic Community College, with plans to take her medical career as far as her passion will lead.

Outside of IAM, Belle is engaged to her fiancé Brady and is a proud dog mom to Oakley, her one-year-old Golden Retriever–Aussie mix. She loves spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, and embracing life’s simple joys as she prepares for her next exciting chapter.

Belle loves aesthetics because it allows her to blend her medical background with her passion for helping others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered in their own skin.

Caroline Topper is a dedicated Patient Concierge at the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine, where she brings warmth, organization, and an elevated level of care to every patient experience. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Development and Special Education from Towson University, a foundation that reflects her natural ability to connect, communicate, and support others with intention and empathy.

At IAM, Caroline thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with both patients and the clinical team to ensure every visit is seamless, personalized, and exceeds expectations. She is passionate about delivering a luxury-level experience from the very first interaction, helping patients feel confident, cared for, and excited about their journey.

Outside of IAM, Caroline is currently planning her wedding to her fiancé, Jake. In her free time, she loves taking peaceful walks on the beach with her Bernedoodle, Poppy—embracing the coastal lifestyle that perfectly complements the IAM brand.

Courtney Savage is the welcoming face behind the exceptional patient experience at the Institute of Aesthetic Medicine's Milton location. As Patient Concierge, she is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels valued, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

With a strong background in hospitality and client service, Courtney brings a natural ability to build meaningful relationships and create positive experiences. Although she is new to the aesthetics industry, her passion for helping others feel confident and supported has been a driving force throughout her career. She believes that personalized attention, thoughtful communication, and genuine care are the foundation of outstanding service.

Courtney earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Goldey-Beacom College and applies her organizational expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism to every aspect of the patient journey. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions, or helping patients navigate their treatment plans, she strives to make each experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free.

What Courtney enjoys most about her role is connecting with patients and helping them feel at home within the IAM family. Outside of IAM, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, Carlton, their three children, and their beloved dog, Nelson. She loves boating, fishing, relaxing at the beach and sandbars, traveling, attending concerts, and exploring the outdoors. Above all, she treasures making memories with her family and embracing new adventures together.
