Shannon brings over 20 years of experience in cosmetic injectables and aesthetic laser procedures to IAM. She started her career in aesthetic medicine with the Esthetic Skin Institute in Costa Mesa, California, and is recognized as one of the country's leading aesthetic injectors. Shannon has over 15 years of experience as an aesthetic clinical educator, collaborating with industry-leading aesthetic and injectable companies. She eagerly shares her expertise through training, lectures, and mentoring aesthetic providers.
Her true passion is working with her patients and colleagues to build trusting relationships that are goal-oriented and results-driven. In her personal life, she enjoys fitness, fashion, food, spending time with family and friends, and working with animal rescue and other philanthropic organizations.

Shannon earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University and her certification as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University.

Dedicated to furthering her education, Shannon has obtained advanced certifications in aesthetic injectables, PDO threads, laser modalities, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and hormone replacement therapy. Additionally, she is a Certified ZO® Skin Health Expert and a Certified EvexiPel BHRT Pellet Provider.

Sara is a registered nurse and has been in the healthcare industry for 12 years. After obtaining her Bachelor Of Science in Nursing from Salisbury University, she started her career locally at Tidal Health in Salisbury, MD. She has spent most of her career specializing in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit which has led to her working in hospitals throughout the Baltimore & D.C. area, returning to the eastern shore to provide care in the local community.

Sara is so excited to have joined the IAM team and expand her knowledge base to the beauty and wellness side of healthcare.

When Sara isn’t taking care of others she loves to spend her free time on the boat and at the beach with her husband and daughter.

Bertie joins our team with over 22 years of experience in the aesthetic industry. She has a passion for helping others feel beautiful and confident in their skin. As a certified ZO EXPERT, she will lead you to your skin care goals based on trust and experience. By helping you understand the importance of at home skin care combined with our in office medical treatments, you will be on your journey to healthier skin!

When not building lasting relationships in the office you can find Bertie out of the office enjoying friends and family. Her other passion is for animals. Bertie has been a dog mom to 5 rescue pups thus far. She still has Hank and knows her journey with rescues isn’t over for her and her husband!

Patient Concierge: Leah has a passion for spending time with family and friends. In her spare time, she loves photography. Leah is currently pursuing her RN degree at Delaware Technical Institute.

Administrative Assistant: Meg loves animals, the beach, and going on hikes. She has a bachelor's degree in early childhood education.

Patient Concierge: Courtney holds a bachelor's degree in Education and Music. She enjoys spending time with her family and two girls. She loves the beach, exercising, and singing. She also teaches preschool music.
